The small house built in the sixties by the retired mariner on the bay of Megas Gyalos, was built as a holiday residence of 160 square meters, combining luxury with simplicity, guarantees you the most beautiful summer memories, right by the sea.

Situated on the beach of Megas Gyalos and totally harmonized in the natural environment providing full privacy, it is equipped with all the modern comforts and directly accessible (just ten kilometers from Ermoupolis, eight kilometers from the port, four kilometers form the Airport) from the main road network of the island. Just a breath away from the house there is a pier for the mooring of small pleasure boats.
